Capital Commercial LLC, a local real estate advisor, recently represented Wisconsin Avenue Venture LLC in the purchase of an industrial property on 1265 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Pewaukee, WI. The property is 18,000 square feet and is occupied by High Point Builders, Electrodes and a vacant 5,025 square foot unit that will be occupied by Edge Electric. The building is conveniently located 2.3 miles from I-94 and 1.3 miles to HWY 16.

Edge Electric will be occupying this space as they are moving their current operation in Hartland, WI to this larger space Pewaukee. This expansion marks new and exciting growth for Edge Electric and they are excited for move in to their new space in June.

Capital Commercial LLC, a Pewaukee-based real estate advisor, recently represented Heritage Carpet & Interiors Ltd. in the sale of the space at 530 Hartbrook Drive, Hartland, Wis., that it previously owned and extensively remodeled in 2008.

Capital Commercial LLC, a Pewaukee-based real estate advisor, represented the Plumbers Union in the purchase of a former Menards store at East Towne in Madison. The purchase of this 160,000-square-foot property will put the union in a great position and location to serve their members, contractors, customers and the community for generations to come. It will give the union the immediate opportunity to develop and enhance their workforce development and training capabilities in the region.
