At Capital Commercial, our mission is to establish a commercial real estate firm dedicated to providing comprehensive advice to business owners and investors. We saw a need for a firm that was more than just a transactional brokerage firm. So, instead, we created a firm dedicated to developing a strategic real estate plan designed to accomplish our clients’ long-term goals, while maximizing investments and achieving increased profitability.

As the principal of Capital Commercial, Matthew Quest provides his clients with a level of support that is unmatched. He offers a hands-on approach that delivers consistent, proven results. This approach has been well received, evidenced by over $100,000,000 of sales transactions completed and over a million and a half square feet of space leased, much of which came from existing client referrals.

Quest graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a degree in business marketing with an emphasis in real estate and construction. While attending University of Wisconsin, Quest was a member of the Wisconsin Men’s Basketball team where he learned many of the values that are reflected in his work today: teamwork, respect, perseverance, humility, and honesty. In an industry where relationships are the foundation of one’s success, these characteristics have proven to be invaluable.

Prior to forming Capital Commercial, Quest worked for Wangard and Associates where he gained valuable knowledge and experience. He is a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin and a member of Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW) and Waukesha County Business Alliance. He is currently obtaining his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM)  designation, a prestigious designation that is held by only five percent of commercial real estate advisors nationwide.

Kevin Crary has extensive real estate experience, having served as an agent/advisor for 20+ years and additionally, as a commercial real estate appraiser and acquisitions officer. He provides his clients with comprehensive, yet personalized services for all of their real estate and investment needs, and has advised on more than $65 million in transactions over the course of his career.

Crary graduated from University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a degree in communication and an emphasis in marketing and journalism. Crary’s career experience spans numerous industries including retail, senior housing, and outdoor advertising, prior to venturing into commercial real estate. 

While attending UW-Stevens Point, Crary was a member of the Men’s Football program, was involved in the university radio and newspaper programs and also served as an intern for the sports information department. 


Capital Commercial offers value-added services to our clients through a unique partnership with Capture Sports Marketing, our marketing agency.  We work closely with Capture, which comes at no additional cost to our clients, to develop marketing materials and advise on marketing strategies with respect to our property representation.  Further, Capture handles public relations for Capital to promote our recently completed transactions, and has secured extensive media coverage on behalf of our firm and our clients.  We are pleased to offer our relationship with Capture to strengthen the depth of services we provide to our clients.
